More Small Found Things

My compassionate and generous Sister-In-Law has drove me to the aquatic center here in very early mornings all this summer. Can’t compare the meditation and breath of lap swimming how healthy it feels, to anything else. Sunrise through trees, daybreak. Compassionate and generous person in my family, with plenty, a lot, real lot, on her agenda, gave me that. Not a small thing.

But after laps I did walk through the downtown of this small town, just saying, it’s pretty much good and charming as small towns can be.

On my walks back from pool. Been staring through the window of this ridiculous cool store on the courthouse square, all summer long, at this tiny indigo glass piece. (The window has larger, also really-want-it indigo things but little one for now.)

So my birthday just happened. And teeny indigo glass whatever thing, all of seven bucks, is here. And it’s a thing but I love it.

Oh and my Brother fished out my Austin Central Market and Chicago Whole Foods bags from the dumpster. Because I use those and who knows why, everything Chicago and Austin, can”t let go of, even in the darn dumpster. And you were on the way to your actual 70-hour week day job, early morning. Dumb reusable bags but thank you for that chore you did not need to add to your full day. Thank you.
